The Show organisers do not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organisations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the Ripley Boar Chase.  In consideration for your participation in The Ripley Boar Chase, the individual, group, organisation, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge The Ripley Show, and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in The Ripley Boar Chase. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.  The provisions of any European or UK law providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.

Please enter me for the Ripley Boar Chase. I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser of the Chase will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this Chase. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk.

Data Protection information - your details will be retained on computer by the organisers and UK Results only for the purposes of this event and any future events promoted by the organisers and will not be passed to anyone except for emergency services use, if appropriate.
